We engineer liquid platinum silicone molds directly from 3D CAD modeling (ready within 48 hours). Prototyping starts from just 1 physical mold, and 100% of the mold fee is credited back onto your 500 Pieces bulk order invoice. - Artisan Candle Wax Pouring: From 100 Pieces (Pilot Batch Launch)
To support emerging brands, our minimum pouring vat run is flexible starting at 100 pieces per design, cast with 100% natural soy wax blends and 100% IFRA-certified scents. - Custom Printed Packaging (Individual Paper Boxes & Luxury Rigid Gift Boxes): Strictly 500 Pieces
Because custom-printed packaging requires dedicated copper hot-stamping plates, laser die-cut tooling, and automated casing setup, automated printing lines physically require a minimum run of 500 boxes.

We offer a Smart Inventory Solution: We produce your 500 custom luxury boxes upfront to secure the lowest wholesale unit price, handcraft and ship your first 100 finished sets for launch, and store the remaining 400 empty boxes in our Guangdong warehouse completely FREE for on-demand restocks!
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard bulk OEM/ODM production MOQ is 500 units per custom design. For startup luxury brands and pilot collection drops, we provide flexible trial batches from 50 to 250 units.
How does your custom 3D mold tooling process work?
Send us your 2D sketches, reference images, or dimensional concepts. Our industrial engineers build 3D CAD digital renderings within 48 hours. Physical liquid platinum silicone mold prototypes are ready within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your mold fee credit policy?
All sample development and custom 3D silicone mold tooling investments are 100% credited back onto your commercial bulk production order invoice.
What compliance and safety standards do you adhere to?
Custom Candle Craft operates an Amfori BSCI-audited manufacturing facility in Guangdong, China. All our custom fragrance oils are 100% IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified safe, formulated with lead-free cotton wicks and natural soy/botanical wax blends.
How do you prevent candles from melting or breaking during international shipping?
We formulate our structural pillar and novelty candles with a high-melting-point botanical wax blend (55°C to 60°C) to withstand equatorial ocean transit. For transit security, each candle is cradled in laser-cut high-density EVA foam inside drop-tested rigid gift boxes.
What export shipping terms do you provide?
We provide full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door logistics via Air Express (5 to 8 business days) or Sea Freight (20 to 25 business days) directly to your warehouse across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU.
